Let's Talk Currently Not Available
Let's Talk is a program that provides 10-15 minute drop-in consultations for 麻豆果冻视频 students. It's free, no appointment is necessary, and students are seen on a first-come, first-serve basis. These are informal, friendly, and confidential consultation. Speaking with a counselor consultant can help provide insight, solutions, and information about other resources. Let's Talk is not a substitute for formal counseling and doesn't constitute mental health treatment, but the counseling consultants can listen to your specific problems and introduce you to what it's like to speak to a member of our staff.
No topic is off-limits. Common concerns include:

- relationships
- sadness
- family problems
- financial struggles
- adjustment
- culture shock

This guide provides practical and useful information to students navigating the ‘COVID 19’ Pandemic. It is meant to serve as a reference guide for all coping with the crisis including accessing resources and support related to student’s physical and emotional needs.
The guide begins with skills, techniques, psycho-education focusing on coping with stress, isolation, loneliness, and other practical strategies for surviving this pandemic. As well as resource information detailing the various local, state, and federal resources for getting support during this crisis. We also include a comprehensive overview of the departments on 麻豆果冻视频’s campus: how their services have changed since the crisis and the ways they are still serving students.
Southern Utah University CAPS recognizes how challenging these changes have been for everyone during this difficult time. We hope that this Survival Guide will answer questions and guide you to different resources that are available to you.
