SUBJECT: Dental Insurance

I. PURPOSE

The purpose of this Policy is to provide a basic dental insurance program for all qualified employees.

IV. POLICY

1. The University pays 80% of the premiums and the employee pays 20% of the premiums of the dental insurance program. Eligibility for maximum University premium participation mirrors requirements as outlined in Policy 8.2.4. For additional information, contact the Human Resources Office.
